STATEWIDE, SOUTH CAROLINA: Citizens in South Carolina are still dealing with the state's inability to keep their website functional and able to view documents that are uploaded through the South Carolina Workforce and Development (SCDEW) website. The Department is clearly, three days into a crisis to be able to handle the flow of documents being scanned, uploaded and faxed. So, whom is responsible for this shit show. A political appointee of our current governor, (The guy whom caused all this mess to start with).
