* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 35 degrees and light wind will
  result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia, the southern Piedmont
  of North Carolina, and upstate South Carolina, including the
  Charlotte metro area.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
