There are elderly people in the community with impaired mobility and if someone were to fall, break a hip or worse, your son would be the cause of their injury. So when your dark skinned male son is out running around in the dark with his hoodie up pounding on doors, and the police have to call you to come collect your son and act like a parent, please do so. Ding Dong Ditching is also used to determine reaction time of the resident inside and to better understand when people are home or not for purposes of burglaries and home invasions.
