WASHINGTON, DC: SBA has launched a new loan program. This program is called Community Advantage Recovery Loan (C.A.R.L.) Program and it is different then some of the "Disaster Loans" that we have seen in the news lately, first off. It's not a disaster loan and it is poorly promoted.

Why The Rush?
The actual deadline for this program is quickly approaching and the program just started. Why the big rush? IS it because any funding program the SBA puts out there a certain percentage of the population will apply for? Maybe. Is it because there is no "forgiveness" for this loan and there is an interest rate on this loan? Maybe.
