North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

Wind Advisory.
A cold front will cross the Carolinas and northeast Georgia tonight
increasing the chance for thunderstorm development. A few
thunderstorms could become strong to severe across northeast Georgia,
the South Carolina Upstate, and the southwestern Piedmont of North
Carolina. The main threat with these storms will be damaging
straight-line winds. An isolated brief tornado cannot be ruled out,
but this threat remains very low.
