The truck was occupying the right hand lane and shoulder billowing dark smoke. Existing traffic hassles from the construction made driving in the area difficult.
Possible Detour: Take 85 Exit at the plaza to 105 to 29 through Cowpens into Spartanburg, or pick up again north of Cowpens.
