James Henry is missing from an assisted living facility on Skylyn Drive near Mary Black Hospital. James Henry is a black male last seen around 11:30 this morning. He is wearing long blue jean shorts, a blue sweater and black shoes. Mr Henry does suffer from dementia. If you have seen or know the location of this individual, please contact the Spartanburg County dispatch center at 596-2076.
